Today is Tuesday and I woke an hour and a half before my alarm went off today and couldn’t go back to sleep. Since I was up early, I sat on my phone until I thought it would be a good time to make myself some breakfast. I ate a little later than usual today, so I didn’t get a lot of time to relax like I usually do.
When we went to our workout on time today, and like yesterday my injury is still bothering me and keeping me from doing some of the exercises that are on the workout sheet that was given to us to show us the workouts we are supposed to be doing.
After the workout, I iced my injury and came home to eat something. Since we didn’t have anything else to do today, we got to relax.
Tonight, we fended for ourselves for dinner tonight and had some leftovers. After eating there wasn’t a lot of conversation tonight, so I went downstairs to decompress for the night and went to bed. I couldn’t really sleep tonight so I went upstairs to make myself a midnight meal to help me go to sleep. After eating I finally started feeling tired and fell asleep.
