Players' Log: Day 30 in Alaska - Junior Hockey News

Today marks one month of being in Anchorage. I woke up and got started my day as usual by having the most important meal of the day. After eating I made sure that my roommate was up before heading to my room and relaxing.

It came time for us to head out to our workout, so we left. We were a little late today, but we still managed to get a good warmup and stretch. I still couldn’t do a lot at workout today due to still being hurt but I managed to still do some exercises.

After our workout, we headed home to relax for the rest of the day, since we get to have today off. After getting home I had a bite to eat to recover from working out and then took a nap. After waking up from my nap, my billet dad made dinner for us.

Tonight, we had lasagna with garlic toast and a salad. After dinner, we watched a fishing show together and talked for the night before heading downstairs and going to bed to wake up for another workout tomorrow.
