Players' Log: Day 11 in Alaska - Junior Hockey News

Today my roommate and I woke up earlier than we normally do, we made some breakfast and went downstairs so we could let our billet dad focus on working from his computer.

Today at workout my knees we still hurting, but I could tell that they had gotten a little bit better since yesterday. My roommate and I did probably one of the most painful ab workouts we’ve done together before. Usually, after we finish the workout our trainer assigns to us, we do a quick ab workout, but today our trainer really made it hard on us for our ab workout.

After we finished at the gym, we went back home, and I laid in bed for a while. When the time came for me to make dinner tonight, I decided to make some spaghetti with some chicken for the source of protein.

After my roommate and I ate, we jetted off to the rink for our game in the Junior Elite League. Although most of the team didn’t show up to play, there was a select few of us that played well throughout the game.

After the game, we got home and microwaved the left-over spaghetti I made. My roommate and I talked to our billet dad for a little bit before heading downstairs to decompress for the night.
