Today I slept in, instead of normally eating two hours before the workout I only ate 45 minutes before my workout. I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast.
During my workout my joints in my knees were hurting today so I took it easy so I could be ready to give it my all at the skate later that day.
Not soon after we got home, we left to go to the hockey shop. I needed a new helmet, and my roommate needed a new stick to use for our remaining time in Alaska.
When we got home, we made it just in time to finish watching the rest of the Tampa Lightning game.
For dinner, our billet dad grilled some chicken and made rice to go with it. After we ate, we got ready for our skate.
I got to use my new helmet and it felt much better than the one I was using previously.
After the skate tonight we got back home, and my billet dad and I finished watching game five between the Avalanche and the Golden Knights. After the Knights won it in overtime, I went downstairs and watched T.V. before going to bed.
