By: Michael Moore, victorious-hockey.com/

This week the USHL Goalie of the Week is Brennan Boynton of the Fargo Force.

He just keeps getting better! This is now the fourth time that Boynton has earned our “Of the Week” honor making him the JuniorHockey.com record holder for the most “Of The Week” wins (among all positions). This week he skated all three games for Force. The first game resulted in a 3-2 loss to the Des Moines Buccaneers.  On Saturday, he shook off the previous defeat and stopped 22 of the 24 shots he faced from the Omaha Lancers. His Stars won, 5-2. In Sunday’s game he raised the bar. The Force defeated the Sioux City Musketeers in a 2-0 shutout.

Brennan’s statistics now stand at:
W:22 L:8 T:0 SO:3 GAA:2.34 SV%:0.907

Brennan Boynton (20) is a native of Champlin, MN. The majority of his youth hockey experience was with Champlin Park High. From there he broke into Juniors with the Brookings Blizzard of the NAHL. Last year he was pulled up to the Fargo Force where he remains today. Since his days at Chaplin Park, Boynton has maintained a save percentage over .900. Brennan remains uncommitted.
