Joey Strada is this weeks’ Great Western Futures Super Camp USHL Player of the Week. Strada put up an impressive week at the expense of the Tri-City Storm. On Friday, he gave Storm goalie: Daniel Allin a glimpse of what he could do. He scored an unassisted goal to open the game. His Bus would end up falling in the affair 5-2. It was the following game on Saturday that Strada and his Des Moines teammates would exact their revenge. By the end of the second period, Strada had tallied a pair of goals. Just over five minutes into the third, Strada would complete his hat-trick and retire Allin for the night. Joey would net one last goal in the Buccaneers’ 8-4 dismemberment of the Storm.
