Danil Gushchin is this weeks’ Great Western Futures Super Camp USHL Player of the Week. Danil had an impressive week. On Friday, Danil assisted teammate Colby Bukes score a goal against Team USA’s U17s. Later in the game, he did the same for Igor Larionov. On Saturday, Gushchin did the scoring, posting a hat-trick against the Madison Capitols.
Danil Gushchin (17) is a native of Yekaterinburg, Russia. The forward played his youth hockey with CSKA Moskva. He has also played with Russian National Junior team. Gushchin presently remains unsigned and uncommitted to an NCAA program.
