Estero, FL- The Florida Jr. Blades have agreed to terms to sign
Trevor Bednarek for the 2016-17 season, it was announced today
by head coach Todd Pococke and assistant coach Tyler Carlston.
"Trevor will be a great addition to our lineup this season.
He’s very smooth and has a great release on his shot,” said Pococke. “He’s got
good size, good vision, and brings a lot of offense to our team."
The 5-11, forward is a Fort Myers, Florida native that will be
entering into his rookie season with the Jr. Blades.
"He’s a quiet, go to work type of kid,” said Carlston. “His
style fits in perfectly with our identity and we are excited to watch him excel
this season."
Bednarek was signed out of the Buffalo Jr. Sabres U16 AAA program.
