Saturday night's game against the Superior Roughriders got off to a quick start when, with 15;25 remaining in the first period Tim Friberg lit the lamp for a 1-0 lead.  Two minutes later Viktor Thim scored to make the lead 2-0.  Friberg scored again with 2:09 left in the first period.  Superior would score one goal but could get no closer as net minder, Rikard Landfelt turned away 25 shots over the course of the game.  Dima Babenko would score an empty netter with 53 seconds left in the game to make the final score 4-1 for the Yotes victory.

Three Coyotes had three points each.  Tim Friberg had 2 goals and one assist.  Dima Babenko had a goal and two assists.  And our newest Coyote, Christopher Astrom continued to make his presence felt on the ice with three assists.
