Friday Night the Florida Eels Elite Team squares off against their east coast of Florida rivals the Palm Beach Hawks. Game time 7:45 pm. The Eels have 7 games remaining .The Hawks have only 6 games remaining. The two squads have 4 games against each other. The Eels are in 2nd place with 51 points. Richmond is on our heals with 49 points. The key here is that it comes down to winning percentage. As the teams in the Southern Conference have a disparity in opponents and game counts.
So the next 7 games more than ever it is all about winning. Well that is good. That is where the Eels are 100% focused on. Expect that both teams come out on fire and very hungry. Because Palm Beach is trying to gain ground here and they never sit back with the Eels. Although it will be difficult for the Hawks to catch the Eels their goal here is to get ahead of Richmond for third seed and capture possible home ice in their round. So with that in mind the Hawks will be hungry/
On Sunday the Eels travel to Palm Beach to play the second game of the weekend. This series is quite significant as 4 points are on the line.
The Eels USP3 team only has one game over the weekend. They too will be traveling to Palm Beach for their away game. The Eels USP3 team tops the Florida Division of the Southern Conference. The Eels have a good margin and looking to gain some day light. Palm Beach is also trying to gain some grown to give them some breathing room as the Tampa Juniors are on their tail. So like the Elite squad this game will be like all of the ones between these two organizations: Barnburners
