It is time. JuniorHockey.com is in need of a few more other voices to counter mine. This is a rare opportunity for the right group of writers to step in and take advantage of the years of hard work building the brand into what it is today.
Getting started is easy, pick your niche and start writing about it. We can really use a Canadian Hockey League specialist, I am sure that Mark Frankenfeld would love for us to find another writer that can cover the North American Hockey League, and even my backside whenever the need arises.
We would love to find a New England writer or two, somebody in Alaska would be great, and another that tries to keep in touch with players that are in the pros or college that are products of our developmental system.
One of the hardest jobs we have is trying to market the site to entities outside of the game. We all know that my naturally abrasive personality has a way of rubbing folks that wrong way, so maybe I am not the best person to be trying to market the site.
So needless to say, a national marketing professional could be a very valuable asset to the site.
What do you think?
