Published: Tuesday, 14 Aug 2012

The Kenai River Brown Bears announced their new partnership with the Alaska Jr. Aces.

The Jr. Aces are a youth hockey program in Alaska that runs Tier 1 U14, U16, and U18 teams. The Aces are excited for this partnership because it's a great way to move players along to local juniors and getting players developed through working with the NAHL team.

This partnership will work out for both teams as players from the Aces will now have the opportunity to work with the great Kenai River Brown Bear coaches and the Brown Bear coaches will be able to see this talent first hand. This is good for the kids and the Brown Bears.

The Brown Bears begin their season at the showcase against the Topeka Roadrunners on the 12th of September.
