The hometown Cataractes gave their fans a dose of Sunday cheer with their win over London. Remember what I said yesterday about the Royal Bank Cup? Now it's starting to make sense and I guess that is another good reason to play the games.

If this year's Robertson and Royal Bank Cups are any indicator, the Memorial Cup is about to get really interesting.

DAY 3 RECAP

Shawinigan Cataractes (1-1) vs. London Knights (1-1)

Shawinigan got a pair of goals from Brandon Gormley and rode the hometown frenzy to a huge 6-2 win over the London Knights.

My Pick Record: 2-1

DAY 4 PICK

Saint John Sea Dogs (0-1) vs. Edmonton Oil Kings (1-0)

This should play out like a chess match. Edmonton will attempt to smother the Sea Dogs attack and will come out on top if they are successful. The Oil Kings will take this one.

What do you think?

Randy Russon says:
London Knights are the youngest team at the MemCup. They will rebound from the loss by playing "Hunter-style" hockey.

Craig Keith says:
This is the first time ever in the history of the Memorial cup that all 4 teams have 1 win and 1 loss at this stage of the round robin. Predicting game outcomes is no easy task as Stephen is finding out.
