NorPac and AWHL Update - Junior Hockey News

NorPac action began Friday with Glacier at Eugene with the Generals coming out on top 7 to 4. Saturday had Vancouver defeating Glacier 5 to 2 and again on Sunday 4 to 3. There was no scoresheet or information available for the Friday Vancouver at Seattle game or Saturday Eugene at Seattle game.
The NorPac is off for Christmas through December 30th.
The AWHL finished off through the Christmas break with 7 games this weekend starting with Gillette at Bozeman on Friday with
the Wild over Bozeman 3 to 1, Helena with a blowout 12 to 1 over Great Falls and Missoula over Billings 5 to 4 in a double overtime thriller. Saturday had Billings upsetting Helena 4 to 3, Bozeman over Great Falls 7 to 3 and Missoula shutting out Gillette 5 to 0. Sunday had 1 final game with Missoula hosting Gillette and the Maulers coming away with a 7 to 2 win.
Missoula is currently in first place in the AWHL with 41 points to The Bighorns 40 with Helena having played one less game. The AWHL is on their Christmas break through December 29.
