Technology has changed the way hockey is played. Now it is also changing junior and college coaches' levels of recruiting. The game has evolved from a sport with pockets of participation in different areas of the continent, to a truly international sport with domestic players in every state and province. It is all but impossible to see every top prospect or to identify that diamond in the rough. The next Wayne Gretzky is likely to turn up in Scottsdale, Moose Jaw, or even Miami Beach. Yes the game has changed.
The Heisler Hockey Group is seeking former college or junior players and coaches to act as our regional advisors in every corner of the hockey world. From San Diego to Nova Scotia and South Beach to Fairbanks, we have a goal to change the way prospects are presented to college programs.
This is a tall order. Ambitious? Certainly. Doable? We think so. Accurate Information is the key to any players' individual marketing effort, and we take huge strides to helping each of our prospects share theirs.
Our advisors will make contact and form relationships with prospects in their area. Reps talk about their own junior, college, and/or professional experience, how the experience affected their career, the high value of performance in the classroom, being a good citizen, nutrition, and individual player marketing. Reps explain to the teams that the Heisler Hockey Group, powered by JuniorHockey.com, is a dynamic tool for players and parents to be proactive and supercharge the recruiting process.
HHG advisors are also encouraged to submit a weekly article to the site. This is a fantastic way to gain credibility and help open the doors with the youth associations and teams. The articles are also a great way for youth coaches to get a glimpse of each advisor's connection to the game.
This unique opportunity will not last long. If you have a phone, laptop, and a valid connection to the game, we are interested in you. Advisors will be given the opportunity to be instantly successful. With summer just around the corner, we would love to help a few others enjoy our success.
Interested? Submit resume with hockey experience to email@example.com or call 727-244-7116.
