The big problem with the Canadian programs is that it still costs a fortune for an American to live there. Cell service is ridiculous, and they don't offer affordable unlimited plans. We just got called by a team who wanted $600/mo billeting. That would be why the players stay in Bismarck...that and the high commitment rate
