I was kind of wondering that myself. Is it USA Hockey Teir II standards or is it AAU Teir II standards? is there a difference?

If they are going to play this season when will more details come out? where will the league play? what type of player will they be targeting? is this a league for a young kid to play in to move up to the NAHL or EJHL, etc? If anyone knows anything i am curious
